It’s time to discuss the gender diversity crisis in AI. Forbes states, “According to recent research by the World Economic Forum and LinkedIn, only 22% of jobs in artificial intelligence are held by women, with even fewer holding senior roles.”

We must fully understand the significance of the gender divide so we can continue with the right steps to mitigate the gap. The best way we can bridge the gender gap in Artificial Intelligence is by spreading awareness. What further steps should be taken?
